The Problem: Nearly 80% of Americans say that Washington, D.C. is run for the parties and special interests, not for the American people.  That’s why we can’t solve the major issues facing America.

The Solution: We’re running the "Move America Independent" Campaign to support candidates in 2008 that will put America first.  And take on the partisan special interests.

How it Works:  We're leveraging the independent vote in key swing districts.

We’re looking at any candidate – Democrat, Republican, or Independent – who wants to take on the corruption in Washington.  If they meet the standards of a progressive reformer who will fight to restore American democracy – then we’ll support them.

What Your Support Means: Independent voters will decide the outcome of these races.  For "Move America Independent" candidates we're conducting telephone, internet, and direct outreach operations to independent voters in their district. 

We’re making sure that everyone knows that these candidates stand on the side of ordinary Americans – and not on the side of the parties and special interests.
